Fabrication is a key component of AAGMES project management philosophy, and our project teams employ prefabrication whenever possible on all jobs. It not only offers savings to our customers, but also provides us with a competitive edge and scheduling advantages.

Execution of work in AAGMES manufacturing is based on international standards including ASME, BS, DIN, TEME, AWS, JIS, and NACE & ASTM. A safe working environment and applying the specified safety procedure is of primary importance. Firm monitoring & control of procedure during fabrication process starting from design, effective raw material, procurement, welding procedures, qualifications of welders to the final inspection/testing stage has been adopted according to the appropriate design codes & standards. AAGMES facility is fully equipped with cuting edge technology and competent human capital with international hands-on experience in the job ranging from simple ducting up to complex manufacturing

Paints’ works (epoxy)

AAGMES  flooring solution is one of the leading service providers of Epoxy Floor coating service, Epoxy Floor Screening service & floor Bay Marketing service. These services are available in the market at reasonable rates. The personnel delivering these services are selected from some of the capable personnel present in the industry. They are trained in the use of all this equipment for both on-site and workshop projects. Our team of highly skilled painters maintain daily logs to monitor ambient conditions and complete specification sheets with accuracy on a daily basis.

Maintenance & Service

AAGMES provides maintenance and service to over 50 sites within the SUNDER INDUSTRIAL ESTATE area and QAID AZAM INDUSTRIAL ESTATE areas. The sites maintained have a very diverse range of mechanical services and refrigeration equipment such as central plant systems, direct refrigeration air conditioning systems, commercial refrigeration plant & self-contained unitary air conditioning systems.

AAGMES was established in 2019 to commission, service & maintain HVAC and mechanical services systems installed by the AAGMES Group contracting division, Mechanical Project Management, one of the many roles AAGMES still fills today. AAGMES has grown in size and has expanded its operation evolving into one of PAKISTAN premier air conditioning mechanical services and refrigeration maintenance and service companies.

We provide an end to end production facility with direct access to stock, parts & equipment for the job at hand. In our workshop, we complete jobs of all sizes and complexity. Our clients’ needs are meticulously designed, drafted and specifications detailed. These are provided directly to our Service Manager who is instrumental in facilitating these drawings and specifications from material requisition to production and subsequently through to site installation and quality testing. Our highly skilled and trained tradespeople and supervisors offer our clients a one-stop-shop ensuring the most cost-effective outcome for the client and the Company.
