Safety Policy
AAGMES aims to provide a safe working environment for all its employees.
The Company Management adheres to the slogan of Safety First at all workplaces.
All applicable safety-related national laws and regulations are complied with in performing all jobs at different workplaces. Thus AAGMES ensures:
- First aid facilities for all employees
- Training of staff members in first aid firefighting.
- Preparation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to be implemented in case of any emergency at all workplaces.
- That all staff comply with safety instructions and procedures at the workplaces especially at project sites including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), use of safe practices in the operation of machinery and equipment and prominent display of warning signs and notices regarding safety.
The Environmental Management System in Engineering
In order to obtain continuous improvement of environmental performance, and manage and reduce the impact of business activities on the surrounding environment, they are committed to respecting environmental laws in force, at all administrative levels and in all production sectors.
Furthermore, the company of the Engineering Group are responsible for the correct disposal of the waste and its suitable destination; any polluting emissions into the atmosphere, soil and water will be controlled and possibly reduced.
Health Policy
AAGMES endeavors to provide healthy output through healthy manpower. The Company keeps proper provision in the budget for the health of its employees at all workplaces. Health policy parameters are as following:

- High standards of hygiene both at the offices as well as project sites relating to ambient air, potable water and sanitation

Review of contract drawings, specifications obtain/provide clarifications, coordinate among all related Disciplines & produce shop drawings within performance parameters.
